A. Interfolder (1 set)

1. Parent roll

(1) Basis weight: 13~20 g/m2 double plies tissue, 18~22g/m2 single ply tissue, 13~15g/m2 three plies tissue;

(2) Diameter: <= 1500mm;

(3) Paper core dia.: 76mm;

(4) Width: Max. 1260mm;

2. Product specification

(1) Horizontal cutting length: 200mm;

(2) Embossing: the pattern will be provided by the customer;

(3) Can produce products without embossing;

3. Unwinding section

(1) Two parent roll shafts which can clip the paper core firmly;

(2) Equpped with electric positioning device which can adjust the position of the parent rolls;

(3) Tension control system can adjust the tension of the parent paper automatically;

(4) Pneumatic parent roll loading system;

(5) The unwinding belt is adjusted pneumatically, when the parent paper is out the machine will slow down to stop;

(6) All the pneumatic device’s air press are adjustable;

4. Embossing unit;

(1) Two set embossers, pattern provided by the customer;

(2) The two rollers can be separate to produce products without embossing;

(3) The steel rollers were plated with hard chrome, the embossing is very clear;

(4) Tension adjusting device;

(5) Broken, winding can effect the automatic stop function;

(6) Equipped with edge embosser;

(7) Equipped with cleaning device and oiling device;

5. Folding unit

(1) Equipped with static removing device;

(2) Equipped with counting system;

(3) Equipped with oiling device;

(4) Horizontal cutting blades adopts short blades type which is easier for adjustment;

(5) Drawing roller covered by rubber;

(6) Equipped with vacuum pump for vacuum suction system;

(7) Folding shaft adopts imported high quality bearing system;

6. Control section

(1) Main motor adopts inverter speed control (Mitsubishi or Danfos brand)

(2) Equipped with PLC programming control; (Mitsubishi or Danfos brand)

(3) Equipped with stop upon paper break system;

(4) Power: AC 380V, 50Hz, 7.5 KW (main motor)

(5) Air pressure: 0.5 Mpa; (prepared by the customer)

(6) Equipped with emergency stop device;

(7) Production speed: 800-1000 sheets/min/lane X 6 = 4800-6000 sheets/min;

B. Conveyer

1. It convey the product to the automatic cutter and transfer the cut product to the packer;

2. Equipped with PLC programming system;

3. Equipped with sensor tracking system;

4. Power: AC 380V, 50Hz, 11kw;

5. Air pressure: 0.6 Mpa (prepared by the customer)

C. Automatic facial tissue cutter (1 set)

6. Operating speed: 70-100 cuts/min;

8. Servo track motor transmission control and the cutting length is adjustable;

9. The thickness is adjusted by the cylinder;

(2) Side sealing, two head sides sealing temperature is adjustable and controlled separately;
